Buying more minutes is easy with AutoPay
You don't have to wait until the end of your billing period to load a new plan. The most convenient payment option so that you don't have to worry about going to the store to reload your plan every month is AutoPay. With AutoPay your plan is automatically reloaded when you run out of minutes or when you reach 15 or 30 days from your last Plan purchase. To get setup on AutoPay, you can call Customer Service at 1-866-528-1805 or login to your account on this website and enter your credit card or debit card number into your Account Profile. Then you are set and your plan is on AutoPay. If at anytime you want to turn AutoPay off simply call Customer Service or access your Account Profile and turn it off.
